Phil Parsons is a graduate of the School of the Museum of Fine Arts (SMFA) in Boston. He maintains a studio in Syracuse NY, located in the beautiful central New York area, close to the Adirondacks and home to the Hudson River School painters.
An experienced muralist, Parsons has worked with nationally published interior designers and architects since the 1990’s. In 2003, he moved from his home in Boston to central New York to be a full-time fine artist. Currently, he lives at the edge of the woods with his wife and two children.
